Training Terms & Conditions
Following are the terms and conditions for bookings at our training centre.
Bookings
Bookings will only be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations
Full refund when written cancellations are made more than 5 days in advance. Otherwise, £80 per delegate will be invoiced to the company.
Substitutions
Delegate substitutions may be made up to the start of the course at no charge. Courses may be canceled if there are insufficient bookings.
Travel expenses
Travel is at your expense; do not book it until the course is confirmed. Should a course be over-subscribed, a waiting list will be created.
