Flue Gas Thermostat
The flue gas thermostat is used for Flue gas temperature monitoring of solid fuel boilers used in bivalent operation with oil boilers. Flue gas vent is provided for mounting of flue gas thermostats.
The flue gas thermostat is used for Flue gas temperature monitoring of solid fuel boilers used in bivalent operation with oil boilers. The flue gas thermostat works on the principle of Rod expansion. The dip tube and one arranged in it Metal rods have different expansion coefficients, so that between them there is a temperature-dependent Sets the length difference. They work through one Translation mechanism on a micro switch that is above a set limit temperature is actuated. After the immersion tube has cooled down by approx. 10-18 K, the micro switch reset. If the immersion tube breaks, the Circuit remains open.
The flue gas thermostat is attached to connection G ½. It is installed without a protective sleeve. The temperature sensor must be perpendicular to the direction of flow and can be used with its entire active length. The end of the sensor must have a free space in the axial direction of at least 10 mm.
