Cellular Fire Alarm Communicator

Cellular Fire Alarm Communicators provide cellular communication as an alternate method of central station reporting. Combined with the FACP’s onboard communicator, they provide dual path cellular and IP reporting capability, while eliminating the need and cost of separate dialer capture modules and special programming. Battery backup from the control panel maximizes overall system efficiency. Small in size, easy to install, with a programmable supervision time of 1 to 60 minutes, these communicators can be positioned remotely from the fire alarm control panel via 4-wire serial bus for optimum reception. These devices are UL 864 and NFPA 72 fire code compliant for sole, primary, or backup communications. They work with AlarmNet® to provide a UL Listed connection to the central station. CELL-CAB models include a GSM communicator within a metal cabinet enclosure with lock/key, and includes an external antenna.
