BACtalk® Building Security 601 Controller

The Alerton® BACtalk® Building Security 601 controller is a Web-based, access control appliance that contains a Web-server, embedded database and security appliance software. The controller includes capacity for two card readers and additional I/O for general purpose monitoring and control.

The 601 security controller eliminates the need for on-site PCs or thick client software. It can expand to handle up to 32 card readers, and 120 input and 120 output points. The controller is capable of storing up to 10,000 personnel records and 50,000 transactional history records. The Alerton BACtalk Building Security controller enables real-time alarm and activity monitoring, and provides at-a-glance Web-based displays of the facility’s layout. Historical data is easily searchable through a list of pre-defined reports and comprehensive ad-hoc reporting capabilities. An LCD display keypad enables remote intrusion detection. The Alerton BACtalk Building Security controller is part of the overall security system that is ideal for small to mid-size facilities.
